For changes to an existing order, please contact our customer service department (firstname.lastname@example.org). As long as your order has not yet shipped, we will be glad to help with your request. If your order has already shipped, we will unfortunately not be able to make any changes. However, it is possible to return your order under the terms of our exchange policy below.
All unwashed and unworn or defective merchandise can be returned within 14 days after purchase for an exchange or refund. Any merchandise received after 14 days will only be accepted at our discretion for an online store credit. Shipping charges will only be refunded if the wrong item was sent or the item is defective. We also do not accept returns on products that were not purchased via this website.
Pack and seal your item securely in its original packaging. Returns and exchanges must be mailed to the address provided by our customer service department. You should ship your item with a carrier who will provide you with a tracking number to ensure that your package does not get lost. Packages for return must be prepaid. We do not accept COD.
Once your package has been received, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7 business days. If a refund is due, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment. Please note that your banking institution may require additional time to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.

Yes. Once an order is placed, your credit card will be charged immediately. You will receive two emails: one confirming your order and another when your item has been shipped.
We offer free standard shipping in Canada and the USA.
Yes, we offer international shipping worldwide. Rates will vary based on country, number of items purchased, and weight of each item. Shipping charges do not include international taxes or duties, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Information regarding any applicable taxes or duties can be found by contacting your local customs office.
Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses for security purposes.

Yes. Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption is used for every transaction in order to ensure that your order is secure. SSL encrypts the transmissions from our ecommerce servers as well as your computer. SSL encryption works by forming a matched pair with the transmission from your computer transmission and our server, so that only data to and from these sources can be valid. All transactions are completed on a secure server. In secure mode, your computer and our server send data back and forth in an encrypted format.
